Delivery SLA

Last updated: 20 September 2026. Delivery is available within South Africa unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery charges and available delivery options are shown during checkout or confirmed before order acceptance.

Dispatch. In-stock products are normally dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Supplier-held, imported, custom or vehicle-specific products may take 7–21 business days or longer; where this applies, we will advise you of the expected lead time before dispatch.

Transit time. After dispatch, courier delivery normally takes 1–3 business days to major centres and 3–7 business days to outlying areas. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, public holidays, weather, courier capacity, remote-area service and events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Tracking and delivery. We will provide tracking details where the courier service makes them available. The customer must provide a complete, accurate delivery address and a contact number, and ensure that someone authorised is available to receive the parcel. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery or redirection may be charged to the customer.

Risk and issues. Please inspect the parcel on delivery. If packaging is visibly damaged, note this with the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photographs. If delivery is delayed beyond the estimate, contact us at Blackmambatrails@gmail.com; we will investigate with the courier and keep you updated.
